"memorial ring" - 2022
i was inspired by the rings my mother inherited on my grandmothers death bed (surrounding rings), and how they serve as constant reminders of my grandmothers presence around her. i have always had a hard time believing in something that isn't tangible, so i created a ring of my own (center ring) that both physically and metaphorically represent my grandmother's presence around me.
