(secret) compartment chair - 2023
My first wooden chair.
a playful experimentation questioning what we choose to display/keep hidden. there is something so satisfying about a compartment that only fits one specific thing. I moved from specified to general when hand chiseling the nooks and crannies of this chair, working in planes to exponentially hide more of myself within the chair as you dig deeper.
